Job description

Nesco Resource is seeking entry-level CNC Machine operators for a Parts Machining Company in the Livonia/Plymouth, Michigan area.

Shift: 7:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday with possible OT Fridays
Pay: 18 to 20/hr, based on level of experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness of machinery, inside and out and practice good housekeeping of assigned work areas and machines.
• Ensure all material/parts meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Perform SPC charting and tagging of materials.
• Maintain and take proper care of all tools and inspection equipment.
• Basic use and maintenance of handheld and attribute gages.
• Follow general safety rules and Company policies and procedures.
• Perform Special Assignments as delegated.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Entry-Level role with no experience required.
• Willingness to train is a must!
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
