Creative Modular Construction is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to set up, program, and run CNC equipment and produce precision parts according to detailed drawings. You will ensure parts meet tight tolerances through regular inspections.

You will collaborate with engineers and quality teams, perform routine maintenance, and maintain accurate production records while following safety standards to minimize downtime and waste.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Set up CNC machines by loading materials, installing tools, and inputting programming instructions based on engineering drawings.
  • Operate CNC equipment to produce parts with precision, monitoring machine performance and making adjustments as needed.
  • Conduct routine inspections and measurements of finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines to maintain optimal functionality and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors and engineers to resolve technical issues and improve manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain accurate production records, including machine logs, inspection reports, and material usage.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

As a CNC Machine Operator in the manufacturing industry, you will play a critical role in producing high-quality precision parts by operating and maintaining computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
