CNC Machine Operators – Job Summary

• Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:45 AM – 2:15 PM
• Pay Rate: $26/hour
• Responsibilities include:

• Reading blueprints and job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions
• Setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision components
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Maintaining accurate production records and completing required documentation
• Performing routine maintenance and coordinating repairs with the maintenance team
• Keeping the workspace clean and organized, and updating incoming operators on shift progress
• Assisting with additional production tasks as needed

CNC Machine Operators – Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant CNC machine operation experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a technical certificate program in CNC Machining is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow standard procedures
• Solid understanding of CNC operations and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in math, including working with fractions, ratios, and percentages
• Comfortable using computers and manufacturing software
