• Set up the CNC machine, according to established procedures, to drill and mill required material and/or parts out of aluminum, stainless steel, Kapton, titanium, brass, copper, etc.
• Use a lit or a drawing to verify that the machined parts conform to specifications.
• Monitor coolant levels and maintain CNC tooling.
• Perform QC on first articles and in-process parts.
• Use micrometers and calipers to measure parts.
• Work well with others and adhere to scheduled shifts and attendance requirements, with flexibility for overtime if needed.
• Perform the job safely, complying with safety rules and procedures.
• Follow lean principles and practice 5 S’s daily.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements
