Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, production documents, and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, and use hands throughout the shift.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills for production runs.
• Perform in-process inspections of manufactured components and complete quality documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow established maintenance plans and operating procedures.
• Prioritize workflow through effective communication with management.
• Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing practices.
• Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

CNC Operator Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills for production runs.
• Perform in-process inspections of manufactured components and complete quality documentation.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
