CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, 1st Shift

Location: Joplin, MO The Joplin Penmac office is seeking dependable and experienced CNC Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity with a local manufacturing client. This is a great opportunity for candidates with CNC machine operating experience who are looking for a stable, long-term job with a consistent schedule and overtime opportunities.

Requirements for the CNC Machine Operator

• At least 6 months of CNC machine operating experience
• Experience using precision measuring instruments, including calipers and micrometers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work overtime as needed
• Willingness to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen

CNC Machine Operator Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery according to production specifications
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, and other gauges

Schedule and Pay

• Monday through Thursday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Overtime required as needed
• 30-minute lunch break
• Two paid 10-minute breaks
• Starting pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour *Pay will increase once rolled to a perm position
