What’s The Job?

Asahi/America is looking for a CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lawrence, MA. You’ll operate CNC equipment to produce precision plastic and metal components while following work orders, drawings, and established processes.

What You Will Own.

You’ll run CNC equipment, load and unload parts, monitor production, make basic adjustments and tool changes, and keep your machine running safely and efficiently. You’ll inspect your own work using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring tools to make sure finished parts meet specifications.

What Separates You From The Rest.

You’re mechanically inclined, comfortable around manufacturing equipment, and take pride in producing accurate work. You can read basic drawings and measurements and know how to use precision measuring tools. Previous CNC or machining experience is preferred. Experience machining plastics is a plus, but we’re willing to teach the right person our materials and processes.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.

Compensation Transparency.

Salary Range: $22.00 – $28.00 per hour.
