About the Role:
We’re on the hunt for a skilled CNC Machinist with at least 2 years of hands-on experience who knows their way around CNC lathes. If you thrive in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment and take pride in producing top-notch parts, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and job orders.
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and tight tolerances.
• Make minor program edits and adjustments to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues.
• Maintain safety, organization, and cleanliness in the work area.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC lathe machining experience .
• Prefer 5 year of CNC machining experience.
• Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.).
• Understanding of G-code and CNC controls (Fanuc).
• Solid attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training a plus.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with multi-axis machines.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
• Previous work in a job shop or high-mix, low-volume production environment.
