Job summary

ResourceMFG in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist for all shifts. The role requires 2+ years of CNC operation experience, strong reading of blueprints, GD&T, and the ability to use calipers and micrometers.

Candidates should be self-motivated with leadership, analytical thinking, attention to detail, teamwork, and excellent communication. Murata/Star machinery experience a plus; willingness to learn and be coached is required.

Job description

Experienced CNC Machinist needed in Grand Rapids.

Shift: all shifts available

• A-Shift: Monday – Thursday 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
• B-Shift: Monday – Thursday 4:30 pm – 3:00 am
• C-Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday 6:00 am – 6:00 pm

Pay: $24.00/hr. – $32.00/hr. depending on experience

Requirements

• Self-motivated individual with strong leadership skills, analytical skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and awesome communication & interpersonal skills.Dependable individual with an excellent work ethic and the ability to stand/walk during the entire shift.Must be willing to learn and have the ability to be coached.
• Previous?Gantry Style, Swiss Style, and/or Mill/Turn Style lathe?operation preferred.
• Min. 2 years of any CNC operation, experience operating?
• Murata and/or Star machinery a plus
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools, calipers and micrometers, etc.
• Understanding of production procedures.
• Experience in geometric tolerancing along with the ability to read blueprints, schematics, and manuals as well as GD&T.
• Must be self-motivated, have willingness to learn and demonstrate a strong work ethic
