Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skills.
• Interest in CNC machines, robotics, automation, or manufacturing.
• Ability to read a tape measure, blueprints, and shop drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced steel fabrication environment.
• Previous experience with CNC machines, fabrication, welding, machining, or equipment operation is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC and robotic fabrication equipment.
• Read shop drawings and production information.
• Load machine programs and verify measurements.
• Produce accurate steel components that meet quality standards.
• Inspect finished parts for quality and accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
• Track production and material usage.
• Work with the fabrication and quality teams to meet production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
