Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required


• 2+ years of experience in CNC machining, trade school, or vocational training


• Strong understanding of machining principles, blueprint reading, and measuring tools


• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, and maintain production quality standards

CNC Machine Operator Daily Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings. Follow setup instructions and operational sequences with minimal supervision. Perform tool changes, deburring, and in-process quality checks. Operate machinery including CNC mills, lathes, and saws. Calculate and adjust feeds, speeds, depth of cut, and coolant flow, and make minor programming edits. Monitor equipment for malfunctions and make real-time adjustments to maintain precision. Use precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and tolerances. Collaborate with team members to ensure production goals are met.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $22 - $27/hour (Based on experience)


• Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM


• Overtime available on Fridays as needed
