CNC Operator

Location: Carolina, PR (Factory)

About Us: Construct LLC manufactures custom kitchen cabinets, closets, and vanities using state-of-the-art machinery for fast, precise delivery.

What You’ll Do:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC routers, mills, and edge-banders
• Load tooling and fixtures per part specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments for accuracy
• Inspect finished components against blueprints and quality standards
• Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance on equipment
• Record production data and report issues to the Production Supervisor

What You Bring:

• 1–3 years’ CNC operation experience in woodworking or related industry
• Basic CNC programming skills (G-code, CAD/CAM software)
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and work orders
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Mechanical aptitude and safe‐work mindset

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Cabinet Vision/MosaiK/WoodWop or AlphaCAM
