This position will require overtime and on-call responsibilities. You will report directly to our Director of Operations.**Responsibilities and Duties*** Testing, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining machine tools including CNC controls, PLC hardware and software, control circuits, electro/mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems* Performing adjustments, alignments and calibrations on equipment* Installing and upgrading new and current equipment* Ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are performed on a regular basis* Troubleshoot and repair factory equipment and CNC equipment* Read and follow blueprints, drawings and schematics* Assisting with other duties, assignments and projects as required## Qualifications* Two years related experience* Strong mechanical and electrical abilities, manufacturing experience and understanding of safety and environmental practices* Strong analytical skills and demonstrated problem-solving abilities* Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics* Ability to work well with a team as well as independently* Must be results oriented with a strong desire to succeed**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:*** Two-year technical degree in Mechanical or Electrical Technology* Basic knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems* Familiar with manufacturing processes and machining equipment* Machine tool experience including major upgrades, revisions and installations both mechanically and with control systems
