Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• Experience in mechanical assembly, machine building, fabrication, or industrial maintenance preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings or willingness to learn.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly, installation, and modification of CNC tools and automation systems.
• Fabricate and install brackets, stands, guards, and other components per drawings.
• Read and interpret assembly instructions and technical docs.
• Assist in sourcing mechanical components and materials for builds.
• Use tools and measuring equipment to complete tasks accurately.
• Support troubleshooting and testing to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve challenges.
• Provide input to improve assembly methods and project execution.
• Support R&D activities on custom machine solutions.
