Job summary

Swagelok—an industry leader in fluid system solutions—seeks a Level III Machine Operator for 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:45 pm - 1:00 am). You’ll set up and run machinery, inspect parts with precision tools, document production data, and mentor junior operators in a high-safety, clean environment.

You must have 30+ months machining experience (or Swagelok Level II), strong tooling knowledge, and enjoy problem-solving. Includes a $3,000 sign-on and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 30 months machining/manufacturing experience (or Swagelok Level II).
• Experience with machine setup, blueprint reading and basic programming.
• Able to troubleshoot machining equipment and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow Swagelok’s production system and participate in shift handoff reports.
• Operate and changeover manufacturing equipment per standard work and schedules.
• Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, comparators and other tools.
• Monitor outputs, adjust tooling and machine settings to maintain quality.
• Troubleshoot issues, perform preventative maintenance, and document activities.
• Identify improvements to enhance quality, efficiency or safety.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and mentor less experienced operators.
