Responsibilities

• Set-up machines and validate First Article.
• Set-up and proof new programs; report findings to the programmer.
• Train or assist operators on equipment operations.
• Continuously check that machines operate efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and correct problems in a timely manner.
• Prepare materials, documents, and tooling for the next job.
• Work with programmer on process improvements.
• Prioritize and follow up on production support projects.
• Perform set-up training with designated employees.
• Assist programmer in developing tool and inspection documents.
