Responsibilities
Set-up machines and validate First Article.
Set-up and proof new programs; report findings to the programmer.
Train or assist operators on equipment operations.
Continuously check that machines operate efficiently.
Troubleshoot and correct problems in a timely manner.
Prepare materials, documents, and tooling for the next job.
Work with programmer on process improvements.
Prioritize and follow up on production support projects.
Perform set-up training with designated employees.
Assist programmer in developing tool and inspection documents.
