Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and program CNC lathes.
• Conduct all set-up operations in support of machining for self and others.
• Set up and operate machines per process sheets and drawings.
• Create, edit, and retrieve CNC programs and execute.
• Adjust machine controls and tool settings to keep dimensions within tolerances.
• Inspect product conformance using gauges, micrometers, indicators, and shadowgraph.
• Use travelers, blueprints, and sketches.
• Meet time and schedule standards.
• Identify setup reduction and Lean opportunities.
• Record job information in the MRP system.
