Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience required.
• Strong setup and prove-out experience on CNC lathes.
• Experience with Swiss lathes or multi-axis turning centers preferred.
• Ability to edit programs and make offsets independently.
• Solid blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform complete machine setups and changeovers.
• Prove out new and existing programs on CNC lathes.
• Adjust offsets, tooling, and work coordinates as needed.
• Monitor cycle performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Verify dimensions with precision inspection tools.
