Schedule is Mon–Thu, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., with compensation of $30–$35 per hour, and a fast-paced team focused on aerospace and commercial parts.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, independent CNC lathe setup experience.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret GD&T.
• First-article inspection and precision measurement experience.
• Troubleshoot tooling, offsets, speeds, and feeds.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up CNC lathes (2–4 axis) for first articles and production.
• Interpret blueprints and GD&T to plan setups and verify features.
• Own tooling selection, offsets, speeds, and feeds to achieve cycle stability.
• Inspect your work using precision measurement and advanced gauges.
• Collaborate with the team to solve machining challenges and keep jobs moving.
