A well-established manufacturing company in Riverside, CA is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Set-Up Machinist to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of CNC machining experience, particularly with 4 & 5 axis machines, and must be proficient with HAAS and FANUC. The position offers competitive pay between $22 and $25 per hour along with opportunities for growth in a stable and safety-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Setting up and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centers.
• Performing in-process checks and precision inspections.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints, routers, and set-up sheets.
• Making offsets, edge-breaking, and tool checks as needed.
• Communicating issues and improvement ideas to supervisors.
• Maintaining clean, organized workspaces and following safety protocols.

What You’ll Do

• Setting up and operating 3, 4 & 5 axis CNC machining centers (HAAS & FANUC)
• Performing in-process checks and precision inspections

Schedule & Pay

• Temp-to-Hire | Monday–Friday
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Pay: $22–$25/hour (DOE)
