Autocam, a division of NN, Inc., is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Technician/Programmer to join our automotive manufacturing team. You will program, set up, operate, and maintain CNC lathes to produce precision automotive components in a high‑quality setting.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of CNC lathe experience, strong GD&T skills, and proficiency with CAM systems such as Mastercam, Fusion 360, or Esprit. On‑site role in a fast‑paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of CNC machining experience in a production environment.
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, GD&T, and work instructions.
• Proficiency in CNC programming (G-code) and CAM systems (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360, Esprit).
• Experience with CNC lathes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, edit, and optimize CNC lathe programs.
• Set up CNC lathes and tooling, fixtures, and machine offsets.
• Validate new programs through dry runs and first‑article inspections.
• Continuously improve programs to reduce cycle time and enhance tool life.
• Operate CNC equipment to produce precision automotive components.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T symbols, and technical specifications.
