Hire Sync is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Operator for the 2nd shift in Euclid, OH. You will set up and operate Tsugami lathes with Fanuc controls to machine valves, fittings, and precision components to tight tolerances.

Qualifications

• 2+ years CNC Swiss machining experience required.
• Experience setting up Tsugami CNC lathes preferred.
• Familiarity with Fanuc CNC controls.
• Experience machining precision metal components with tight tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Swiss-style lathes to produce valves and fittings.
• Read blueprints and machining instructions to ensure conformance.
• Perform machine setups, tooling changes, and adjustments.
• Monitor operations and adjust to maintain tight tolerances.
• Use precision measuring tools to inspect finished parts.
