Position Type: Full-Time | 8-Hour Shifts

Salary: $40,000 – $80,000/year (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

• Improvise, adapt, and design standard tooling
• Inspect and measure parts to maintain blueprint specifications
• Perform machine setup and run multiple CNC machines simultaneously
• Perform side operations such as deburring and setup while CNC is running
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Operate using G and M codes or learn them on the job
• Recognize improper machine functioning and report defects in equipment or instruments
• Be computer literate with a solid understanding of machining-related applications
• Report discrepancies in job route times immediately

Qualifications:

1–3 years of CNC experience preferred, but not required

Willingness to learn and strong work ethic

Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints

Positive attitude and motivation to succeed

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
