Qualifications

• Experience reading engineering prints and interpreting precision measurements.
• Ability to replace worn inserts and adjust offsets to compensate for wear.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, verniers, indicators).
• Basic computer skills for data collection.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathe to produce bearing components at optimum production and quality levels.
• Replace worn or broken inserts/tools and adjust offsets as needed.
• Inspect own work using precision instruments and maintain accurate production records.
