Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
  • Install and adjust cutting tools.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality.
  • Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
  • Make adjustments to work offsets as needed to maintain tolerances.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with safety standards.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to improve processes and resolve issues.

This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce precision components that meet exact specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

  • Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture parts according to blueprints and specifications
