Qualifications

• Education: Basic general education.
• Ability to complete complex CNC setups.
• Language: English communication required.
• Basic shop math and measurement skills.
• Use calipers, bore gauges for inspection.
• Follow setup sheets and work routings.
• Basic troubleshooting during machine setup.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce parts.
• Complete complex setups using setup sheets and routings.
• Monitor parts with measurement tools to maintain quality.
• Adjust offsets to maintain tolerances.
• Edit programs under Supervisor direction.
• Perform operations on first production run products.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform operator level preventative maintenance.
