Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator in Huntley, IL. The role operates and monitors CNC lathes to manufacture precision parts per drawings, with the ability to use precision measuring tools and maintain tolerances. 1st Shift, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM; Temp to Hire.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes preferred.
• Manufacturing certification may substitute for experience.
• Experience using gauges, calipers, and micrometers preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC lathes to produce parts per drawings.
• Read drawings, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Perform shop calculations related to dimensions, tooling, speeds, and feeds.
• Inspect finished components with precision instruments to verify tolerances.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and address quality or equipment concerns.
