Description

• Review work orders, blueprints, and materials to ensure specifications match.


• Set up CNC lathe machines, including loading tools, fixtures, and setting offsets.


• Select appropriate tooling and machine programs; inspect first piece and make adjustments as necessary.


• Load raw materials and perform regular inspections throughout production runs.


• Operate multiple CNC lathes when appropriate, maximizing machine uptime.


• Ensure all parts meet quality standards using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, indicators, etc.).


• Complete required production documentation and data entry.


• Perform routine machine maintenance and notify supervisors of any mechanical issues.


• Maintain a clean and safe work area.


• Perform all other duties as assigned.
