Job summary

IQ Resource Group is seeking 1st and 2nd Shift CNC Lathe Operators in Fond du Lac, WI. This temp-to-hire position offers wage opportunities from $20 to $25 per hour, with training available for dependable candidates who demonstrate a stable work history.

Shifts run on the 5am–3:30pm or 3:30pm–2am schedules, Monday through Thursday. OT is typically on Fridays for 4–5 hours. Operate lathe machines, load/unload, and perform quality checks using calipers and other inspection tools.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience required (CNC experience is not required).
• Must be mechanically inclined and have proven stability.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other inspection equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC Lathe machines.
• Load/unload the machine.
• Perform quality checks using calipers.
• Some machine set-ups and adjustments as well as operate multiple machines at once.
