Job summary

Parallel Employment, in partnership with Lake Geneva, WI manufacturing clients and Waterford, WI manufacturing clients is seeking CNC Operators to join our team. The CNC Operator will set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering specifications. Shift offered: 1st & 2nd.

Wage range: $20.00-$26.00 hourly. Responsibilities include setting up, monitoring, inspection with gages, routine maintenance, and teamwork to ensure production meets quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating CNC machines, preferably 1-3 years.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Familiarity with CNC programming.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines in accordance with production orders and engineering drawings.
• Monitor machine operation and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards using micrometers and calipers.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area consistent with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate any production issues to supervisors.
