Job summary

Surge Staffing is seeking a CNC Lathe Operator – Tube & Rod to operate basic CNC machinery and support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires basic CNC experience, basic math and measurement skills, and strong attention to detail to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Overtime may be required to meet production targets and deadlines.

CNC Lathe Operator – Tube & Rod

Job Summary

We are seeking a Lathe Operator – Tube & Rod to operate basic CNC machinery and support machining production while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and productivity.

This position is ideal for someone with basic CNC or manufacturing experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and performing repetitive work.

Shift Options

• 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• End times may vary based on production targets and daily output needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate tube and rod lathe machines according to established work instructions.
• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools.
