Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T specifications.
• Experience with precision measurement tools and quality inspection processes.
• Strong understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and machining best practices.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe and milling machines for production and prototype runs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications.
• Select and install tooling, fixtures, and workholding devices.
• Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs to ensure accurate and efficient machining.
• Perform in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges).
• Must be able to check your own parts.
