Coastal Elite Pro seeks a skilled CNC Machine Operator in Wisconsin to run vertical lathes and horizontal mills within an automated cell. You will read blueprints, set up and adjust equipment, and perform tool changes to keep production moving smoothly.

Responsibilities include operating multiple machines, verifying dimensions with precision tools, and coordinating with engineers to troubleshoot issues while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency operating CNC vertical lathes and horizontal mills.
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Competence using precision measurement tools for inspection and verification.
• Ability to change tools and support accurate CNC setups.
• Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and communicating machine problems.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and cleanliness/safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Run CNC machines to produce parts to required specifications.
• Work in automated/robotic cells and manage machine output across multiple units when required.
• Interpret blueprints and follow machining instructions accurately.

• Perform tool changes and basic machine setup/adjustments.
• Maintain productivity and adherence to quality and safety requirements.
