Webco Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our machining team. The role runs Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, offering a competitive hourly pay between $30.00 and $40.00.

The ideal candidate will operate CNC mills and lathes, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet quality standards. We provide an ESOP culture, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth in a well-equipped shop.

Formación

• 2 years of related experience required.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to interpret Geometric Tolerances (GD&T).

Responsabilidades

• Use precision tools and equipment such as drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.
• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.
• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.
• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.
