WEBCO MFG is seeking a CNC Machinist to join our Machining team in Farley, MO. The role requires operating CNC mills and lathes, reading blueprints, and maintaining high-quality machining to meet customer specifications.

Qualifications

• 2 years of related CNC machining experience.
• Ability to work 7am-3:30pm, M-F.
• Must perform basic math and follow instructions.
• Able to read and interpret Geometric Tolerances.
• Demonstrates precision and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Use precision tools and equipment including drill presses and lathes.
• Operate CNC mills and lathes to produce required parts.
• Read blueprints, perform gauging and inspections to meet specs.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards.
• Machining from raw stock or welded materials.
• Maintain and clean machinery and equipment.

Job duties

• Use a variety of precision and cutting tools and equipment, such as a drill press, and lathes.


• Operate CNC mills, CNC lathes and other machinery to produce items as required.


• Reads blueprints, performs measurements, gauging, and inspections as required. Ensure all work meets quality standards, instructions, and specifications.


• Understand and comply with industry regulations ISO 9001.


• Machining parts from raw stock or welded materials.


• Regularly clean, and maintain machinery and equipment as needed.

Skills/Requirements

• 2 years of related experience


• Ability to work 7am-330pm, M-F


• The ability to perform basic math and follow instructions


• Accurately interpret Geometric Tolerance


• Strong analytical skills, precision, and attention to detail
