The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2+ years of lathe experience. You will use gauges and ERP systems to track parts and jobs, support maintenance, and contribute to our extrusion equipment leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of proven lathe experience.
• Read and interpret blueprints to meet tolerances.
• Use gauges and measuring tools to verify parts.
• Operate CNC/lathe equipment and basic shop tools.
• Experience with ERP system for job tracking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Use gauges and measuring instruments to meet tolerance requirements.
• Operate 2- and 3-axis lathe machines and supporting equipment.
• Fabricate and shape parts from metal, plastics, and composites.
• Safely set up and adjust tooling and fixtures on machines.
• Track parts and jobs in ERP system and ensure quality compliance.
• Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance on machinery.
