Qualifications

• 5+ years CNC machining experience focused on lathes.
• Proven setup and operation experience.
• Able to read blueprints and maintain tight tolerances.
• Strong understanding of tooling, speeds, feeds, and fundamentals.
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce close-tolerance components.
• Operate CNC mills as needed (mill experience is a plus).
• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Make offsets and minor program edits to maintain quality.
• Select tooling and optimize setups for repeatable production.
• Assist with fixturing and workholding solutions.
• Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain quality documentation and AS9100 standards.
