This full-time position follows a unique 3-12 schedule allowing you to work 36 hours while being paid for 40. Job Description

We are looking for a CNC Machinist to join our team. This position follows a 3‑12 schedule. Work 36 hours, get paid 40!

Schedule: Friday – Sunday from 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM.

Overall Objectives of this Position

• Set‑up, adjust, and operate all machining equipment to produce parts required to specified tolerances at an acceptable cost.
• Accurately fabricate parts to specification on CNC machines.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machines.
• Observe machine operation to detect any other malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance conditions and adjust machine controls or control media as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Education

Trade School, High School Diploma or GED required.

Specific Job Skills

• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and determine dimensions and tolerances.
• Must communicate clearly when non‑conformance is identified and corrective and preventive actions are needed.
• Strong math skills.

Prior Work Experience

• 1–5 years’ experience as a machinist.
• Experience with Mazak, Makino, and CNC controls.
• Programming experience is a plus.

Other Special Training and Abilities

Analytical ability, interpersonal skills, dexterity, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
