Qualifications

• Proven ability to program, set up, and operate multi-turn CNC lathe machines.
• Proficiency with precision measurement equipment.
• Experience using OGP inspection programs.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and planning sheets.
• Knowledge of algebra and geometry basics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate multi-turn CNC lathe machines
• Select and install correct machining parameters and control settings
• Regulate variable factors during the manufacturing process
• Read and interpret blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and technical specifications
• Establish tooling requirements, setup procedures, and operational sequences
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections
• Utilize precision measurement equipment and OGP inspection programs for valves
• Diagnose and troubleshoot production issues to maintain quality and efficiency
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to all safety standards
