Job summary

Masemp seeks a CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team just outside Keene, NH. The role requires 3+ years of manufacturing experience, GD&T knowledge, and proficiency with setup, tool setting, machine operation, and reading drawings/3D models.

The candidate should be familiar with FANUC controls, machine code, and CAM software like MasterCam. Strong math, communication skills, and the ability to lift 50 pounds and work OT are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• GD&T knowledge required.
• Experience with setup, tool setting, and machine operation.
• Understanding of FANUC controls.
• Ability to read and interpret machine code.
• Proficiency with tooling selection and inspection.
• Knowledge of MasterCam or comparable CAM software.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints and 3D models.
• Strong math skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Able to stand and lift up to 50 pounds; overtime required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot lathe machines.
• Identify improvement areas and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with others to meet production schedule.
• Assist with inspection process.
