Noble-X, Inc. is seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist for our Weekday 1st Shift in Amery, WI. This full-time role involves operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts with strong technical attention to detail.

You will read blueprints, interpret specifications, and program machines using CAD/CAM software, while collaborating with the team to optimize processes and ensure quality. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a stable schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating CNC lathes.
• Strong ability to use precision measuring tools.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM programming.
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings with GD&T symbols.
• Experience with Mastercam or similar 3D modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products.
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
