Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Strong ability to read blueprints and GD&T symbols.
• Experience with CNC lathe machines and CAD/CAM programming.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision parts.

Job Title: CNC Lathe Machinist

Pay Rate: $35 - $40/hr (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 1st Shift (Mon-Thurs 5:00 am - 3:30 pm)

Location: Noble-X in Amery, WI

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our Weekday 1st Shift on a full-time basis. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) lathe machines to produce high-quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail.

• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine.

Requirements/Skills:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
• Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols
• Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus
