Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our Weekday 1st Shift on a full-time basis. As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining (CNC) lathe machines to produce high‑quality parts and components. This is a critical role in our manufacturing process, and we are looking for someone with strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software as well as at the machine
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements/Skills
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for programming CNC machines
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles
- Experience with Mastercam or other 3D modeling software is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, including GD&T symbols
- Familiarity with coordinate measuring machines (CMM) is a plus
