Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC Lathe experience.
• Experience in Aerospace industry.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Tech School preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and time management.
• Ability to read and use precision inspection tools.

Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC lathe and follow operation sheets.
• Inspect parts and adjust as needed to meet specs.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear PPE.
• Maintain documentation, traceability, and lot control.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and area.
• Complete production paperwork and inspections.
