Join to apply for the CNC Lathe Machinist-2nd Shift role at Strange Engineering.

Strange Engineering is a leader in high-performance automotive racing components with over 60 years of experience, committed to quality and exceptional service. We are expanding our team and seeking experienced CNC Machine Lathe Operators and Programmers for both 1st and 2nd shifts.

Positions Available

• CNC Machine Operators - operate CNC Lathe, willing to learn setup and programming
• CNC Programmers - program, set up, and operate CNC Lathe, knowledge of Mazak programming preferred

Pay

$25 - $38 an hour, depending on experience and shift.

Shift

2nd shift: 4:00 pm - 12:15 am (Mon - Thu) and 3:00 pm - 9:15 pm (Fri). Initially, position will start on 1st shift for training. Overtime is available.

Requirements for All Positions

• 2 years of CNC experience
• Ability to stand for 8 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring instruments
• Operate multiple machines as needed
• Follow safety and work rules
• Experience with Mazak or Okuma machines preferred
