Randstad Staffing is seeking a Direct Hire CNC Lathe Machinist in Blaine, MN for an Aerospace/Automotive client. The role is 1st shift (6:00 AM–4:30 PM) Monday–Thursday with OT on Fridays. Pay ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually, with full benefits including health, 401(k) match, and more.

Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Experience working with quotes and machinist documentation.
• SolidWorks experience.
• Experience with Makino machines is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under limited supervision, perform first-time-run-throughs of programs accurately to ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare setup information for repeat runs and maintain documentation.
• Operate CNC lathe equipment and coordinate with quotes and production schedules.

Location: Blaine, MN

Position: CNC Lathe Machinist

Shift: 1st

Schedule: Monday to Thursday + OT on Fridays

Hours: 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay: $30-38 per hour

Responsibilities

• Experience working with quotes.
• Working experience and familiarity with Makino machines (Highly preferred) among other common brands (Makino A51NX, A55, A66 / Haas VF6, VF4, ST20 / SMEC SL2000 / Nakamura – Tome AS-200L) to name a few.
• SolidWorks experience.
• Under limited supervision, must be able to do first-time-run-through on his or her programs accurately and timely to ensure proper documentation and setup information for repeat runs.
