What You'll Do:
- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines (Takasawa and Nakamura with Fanuc controls)
- Review programs, blueprints, and tooling requirements
- Handle both production and prototype parts-often complex, always high precision
- Make real-time decisions to keep quality and efficiency on point
- Rough and finish parts down to tight tolerances
What We're Looking For:
- Completion of a relevant trade school program.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand part specs.
- Strong math & computer skills.
- Experience in set up and operate Takasawa and Nakamura lathes with Fanuc controls.
- Experience in creating and editing CNC programs.
- Precision mindset and a knack for making accurate adjustments.
- Knowledge of appropriate speeds and feeds for materials and tools.
- Good communication and the ability to work independently.
