Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a CNC lathe operator to manufacture precision parts by setting up and operating CNC lathes. Read blueprints, load materials, and adjust tooling to maintain tight specifications.

Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and troubleshoot production issues, while adhering to quality and safety standards. The role requires experience with CNC lathes and blueprint interpretation, plus strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC lathe machining experience required.
• Experience with CNC machine setup and operation preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measuring tools.
• Understanding of machining tolerances and quality standards.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and safety mindset.
• CNC programming or editing experience is a plus.
