Join to apply for the CNC Lathe Machine Operator - 2nd shift role at Dixon Valve.

Bearon is seeking a CNC Lathe Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team in Landisville, PA, Monday - Thursday from 3:00PM - 1:30AM. This role involves operating CNC Lathe Machines and performing related duties.

Responsibilities:

1. Operate CNC Lathe Machines.
2. Verify positioning of cutting tools using gauges or other instruments.
3. Install and adjust tooling, pick off collets and stops on the machine.
4. Work safely around equipment and co-workers.
5. Perform daily maintenance activities.
6. Be flexible with rotating assignments.
7. Work as part of a team.
8. Label finished products and track material usage.
9. Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Competencies:

• Mechanical aptitude and organizational skills.
• Positive attitude, good attendance, and self-motivation.
• Ability to use hand tools and read blueprints.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and shop mathematics.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
