Job summary

EZARC in Pleasant Grove, Utah seeks a CNC Laser Operator to run and maintain our laser cutting table. You will program using CAD/CAM software, import/export DXF/DWG/NC1 files in Radan, and ensure safety while loading materials.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, keep accurate records, and collaborate with foremen and managers to ensure quality and timely project delivery. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate ability to read fabrication/part drawings.
• Proficient with tape measures and calipers.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand 8–10+ hours.
• Strong attention to quality and detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the CNC laser table.
• Program CNC using CAD/CAM software.
• Import/edit DXF, DWG, NC1 files in Radan.
• Load and unload raw materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily maintenance: cleaning, lubrication, calibration.
• Maintain project activity records (lists, tasks, deadlines).
• Collaborate with foreman and project manager to drive success.
• Select and install cutting consumables; adjust machine settings.
• Inspect finished products for defects against specs.
• Keep unloaded parts tidy on pallets or buckets.
